Creation of the group

Development of a 150 m² laboratory in Chevilly Larue (Greater Paris)

The catering activity shifts towards a semi-automated and then fully automated production of frozen desserts and petit fours.
2000
Construction of the factory in La Guerche de Bretagne (1500m²)
2002
Acquisition, at Roanne (near Lyon), of a 1,500 m² production site that specialises in the production of high quality frozen pastries.
2004
Manufactury in La Guerche de Bretagne grows from 1500m to 3000

Installation of entirely automated 10 000 m facility in Fecamp
Acquisition of company ARTEGEL, specialized in the making of frozen exotic hors d'oeuvres
