establishments, the department combines tradition and modernity. The role of this team is
to implement traditional know-how using industrial methods while maintaining optimal

time thanks to a systematic recording system. In addition, samples are regularly taken from the
production lines for analysis purposes. Traiteur de Paris' BRC and IFS certifications are ample

Traiteur de Paris has 3 production sites (covering a total surface area of 19,000m2),
all of which were designed with quality and adaptability in mind. The company, which has a perfect
control of all production stages, has equipped itself with highly effective state-of-the-art
industrial tools to manufacture tailor-made sweet and savoury products.
