The Research & Development department, which is responsible for developing products, is made up of 6 professionals. Led by Yann Le Moal, a chef who trained in prestigious dining establishments, the department combines tradition and modernity. The role of this team is to implement traditional know-how using industrial methods while maintaining optimal levels of quality

Quality / Nutrition know-how

Well aware of concerns in the area of nutrition and health, Traiteur de Paris works in tandem with a team of nutritionists to develop high-quality products which meet the specific nutritional needs of the elderly.

Traiteur de Paris meets all current applicable standards and all of its products meet extremely high standards of quality and hygiene.

   

The exact origin of each ingredient can be determined at any time thanks to a systematic recording system. In addition, samples are regularly taken from the production lines for analysis purposes. Traiteur de Paris' BRC and IFS certifications are ample proof of its concern for quality and the dedication of all its staff members.

 
 

Industrial know-how

 

Traiteur de Paris has 3 production sites (covering a total surface area of 19,000m2), all of which were designed with quality and adaptability in mind. The company, which has a perfect control of all production stages, has equipped itself with highly effective state-of-the-art industrial tools to manufacture tailor-made sweet and savoury products.    

10 production lines are used to manufacture products, with each serving a specific purpose: depositing, cooling, cooking, water jet cooking, deep freezing, packaging, etc.
