CHOCOLATE SLICE

Chocolate Slices are inspired by Parisian pastry chefs’ greatest creations and their contemporary shape, which is both slender and neat, never fails to delight.

This dessert uses a notably chocolate-rich recipe with a high cocoa content (71%). The chocolate is Ecuadorian in origin and has been selected by Traiteur de Paris’ chefs for its sweetness and subtle aromas.

It has three layers, one atop the next – chocolate joconde biscuit, crunchy chocolate and a chocolate mousse – and dark chocolate icing, creating a combination of melt-in-the-mouth and crisper textures.

This product is guaranteed to be free of artificial colours, preservatives, flavour enhancers and alcohol.

This dessert is easy to handle thanks to its biscuit base, making it particularly suitable for catering and large groups of diners.
