Creator and manufacturer of premium frozen products, Traiteur de Paris presents a large assortment of pastries destined to Boulangers Pâtissiers. Inspired by traditional French pastry and artisanal methods, our creations are the reflection of the French way of living.
Over the years, Traiteur de Paris has progressively increased our range of products to offer a large range of desserts comprised of:

All our recipes are developed by our head pastry Chef Yann Le Moal and his team in our ateliers in La Guerche de Bretagne and Fécamp.

Our range of small bites is composed of a dozen of references to the collection of petits fours which represent the grand classics of French pastry:
Mont-blanc, financier, tatin, moka, Saint-Honoré, mini éclairs, Opéra, macarons, petits choux, mini cupcakes, cheesecake, etc.
Our range of desserts is composed of more than 25 varied recipes: chocolate fondant, numerous recipes for entremets (chocolate, caramel, lemon, panna cotta…), charlotte, tiramisu, opéra, thin apple tart, tarte Tatin, and our inimitable cheesecake. Finally, Traiteur de Paris sells a range of culinary aids which will permit you to carry out our minute recipes while the crumble, the mini base of financiers, or the mini babas to garnish, defrost.
All of our creations, crafted with the utmost care by our pastry chefs, are available via wholesale food suppliers, wholesale pastry suppliers or wholesale restaurant suppliers.
