Our Almond Financier Cake Bases are ready to use as the base for your “homemade” petits fours, and lend themselves well to a multitude of uses: cocktail party buffets, gourmet coffee breaks, mid-meeting breaks or even skewered with fresh fruits for dessert.

They are made up of natural ingredients (flour, eggs, sugar, butter, cream, and almond powder) according to a recipe of 100% pure butter. The makeup of these little cakes are guaranteed free from artificial coloring, preservatives, and artificial aroma and flavor enhancers.

Storage instructions after defrosting:
After thawing, keep Almond financier cake base for 24 hours maximum between 32 and 40°F (0 and 4°C). When products are defrosted, never refreeze them.
