Traiteur de Paris presents our Chocolate Cake Bases on a tray, making them even easier to use. You won’t find a more delectable base for your “homemade” petits fours: simply add whatever toppings you choose directly upon the mini cakes as they rest on their tray.
These products have a variety of serving uses: in cocktail party buffets, mid-meeting breaks, gourmet coffee breaks and even on dessert skewers with fresh fruit.
The chocolate cake is made using a classic gourmet recipe that is packed with 58% cacao chocolate for an intensity of flavor that goes well with a variety of ingredients.
They are guaranteed free from artificial coloring, preservatives, and flavor enhancers.

Chocolate Cake Bases go well with a dollop of mascarpone dusted with cocoa and pinch of sugar. For fruity desserts, replace the mascarpone with a whole raspberry and a white chocolate cup, then sprinkle with chopped pistachio.
