It is composed of a base of crunchy shortcrust pastry made with real butter (14%), garnished with a tart cream that bursts with lemon (22% lemon juice) which is then topped with a dollop of Italian meringue that is as light as it is melt-in-your-mouth.

Thanks to a rosette topping of flambéed meringue and it’s well-browned pastry, this artisanal pastry will please the eye with its attractive and gourmet appearance.

Ready to serve after thawing for four hours, its individually-sized format allows easy handling which is well adapted to all types of serving: mobile or on the plate.
