Traiteur de Paris revisits a centerpiece of French patisserie with a version in mini but no less gourmet, ideal for all your upcoming cocktail party buffets, mid-meeting breaks, and gourmet tea and coffee breaks.

Intensely chocolately and melt-in-your-mouth, this mini dessert has a creamy center made with 72% cocoa chocolate.

This product uses natural ingredients (eggs, dark chocolate, butter, sugar and flour) and is guaranteed to be free of artificial coloring, preservatives, alcohol, and pork gelatin.

It is handily packaged in two 24-piece pouches, which means you can use however many you need and save the rest for later.

Instructions

Remove the plastic film. Reheat the frozen fondant in a traditional oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10 min. Alternatively, place the product in microwave for 25 sec at 500W.

Keep Mini chocolate fondant 5 days maximum between 32 and 40°F (0 and 4°C) after defrosting. Do not refreeze products that have been defrosted.
