Mushroom flan
Our mushroom flan is based upon a traditional flan (cream, milk, and eggs) to which is added authentic Champignons de Paris and a pinch of chives.
Velvety and bursting with mushrooms, this little flan is the ideal garnish as an accompaniment to meat, poultry, or fish.
The presentation and the individual portions of this product facilitates both plating and decoration when serving, and ensures a minimum of waste and food cost.
The ingredients of our mushroom flan is guaranteed free from artificial coloring or flavoring, and without artificial flavor enhancers.

Remove outer plastic film. Then, in a pre-heated oven, place the Mushroom flan for 22 min at 300°F (150°C).
